At 35, I was being bounced between doctors with no real answers as to why I was having night sweats. 

I was healthy. I worked out every day but I could never lose weight.  I thought this was part of aging. 

Frustrated, I went back to school for nutrition and what I learned a simple, yet astonishing thing – if you correct the root of the issue you can correct the problem!

One by one, I fixed my own issues: 

thyroid, 
weight loss resistance, 
food intolerances, 
fatigue.
